Thank you for your interest in becoming an exhibitor at the 35th Annual Career and Education Day. A special thank you to the returning exhibitors. We appreciate your steadfast support in helping 13-15,000 students from Houston and the surrounding counties dream of fulfilling career opportunities. If you are joining us for the first time, WELCOME to our family!

Here is some important information about the exhibitor booths, and at the bottom of this page you can sign up today to get the best location in the exhibit hall.

Deadline for Premium Booth Requests (Quads, College Grouping).

Deadline for Additional Services* (Electrical, Chairs, Tables).
Provided by GRBCC Assigned Contractors.
Exhibitor Kit will be forwarded by Freeman Services upon receiving your Commitment.

Last Day for a Booth Request (Insures Proper Signage and Required Services).

Friday, Set-Up Times: 2:30 – 9:00 PM. No Overnight Security. (1) Corporate Set-Up: 2:30 PM. (2) Quads/University/Colleges: 3:30 PM. (3) Non-Profits: 4:30PM.

Saturday, Set-Up Times: All Exhibitors can also set-up from 7 – 9 AM.  Exhibitor Area opens up at 9:45 AM for the students.
