Ballroom Table Cloth Covers (12) – Assist with placement of tablecloths on tables in ballroom

Exhibitor Preparation (4) – Load/unload equipment for vendors in Exhibitor Hall – Must be able to carry over 10lbs

Put Up signs (4) – Help put up signs in the career panel area and around the building

Panelist/Speaker/Presenter – Presenter in the career panel area. Check with your rep for specific time

Exhibitor Registration Booth (8) – Assist exhibitors with booths as needed. Please specify the time slot you prefer: 7:30-10am, 10:00am-12:30pm, 12:30-3:00pm

VIP Registration Booth (4) – Please specify the time slot you prefer: 7:30-10am, 10:00am-12:30pm, 12:30-3:00pm

VIP Opening Ceremonies (8) – Escort VIP’s from Hospitality Room to stage/front rows. Shift from 7:30-9:30am only.

Panelist Check In Booth (6) – Please specify the time slot you prefer: 7:30-10am, 10:00am-12:30pm, 12:30-3:00pm

Individual Volunteer Registration Booth (6) – Register all general volunteers. Please specify the time slot you prefer: 7:30-10am, 10:00am-12:30pm, 12:30-3:00pm

Opening Ceremonies Ushers (20) – Ensure all students are directed to specified areas of seating. Time slot is from 7:30-9:30am only.

Middle School Program (10) – Assist with Middle School Assembly. Shift is from 9:15-11:15 only.

Assist with Unloading Buses and Monitoring in the student drop off area (8) – Assist in monitoring students while they loan and unload. Please specify the time slot you prefer: 7:30-10am, 10:00am-12:30pm, 12:30-3:00pm

Escalator, Elevator and Stairway Monitoring (20) – Assist in monitoring the safety of students. Please specify the time slot you prefer: 7:30-10am, 10:00am-12:30pm, 12:30-3:00pm

Panel Hall Monitors (20) – Encourage students to participate and attend panels. Please specify the time slot you prefer: 7:30-10am, 10:00am-12:30pm, 12:30-3:00pm

Entrance Door Monitors (8) – Monitor students as they walk in to GRB. Please specify the time slot you prefer: 7:30-10am, 10:00am-12:30pm, 12:30-3:00pm

Lunch Distribution (20) – Assist in handing out box lunches to students in the foyer before entering the ballroom. Please specify the time slot you prefer: 7:30-10am, 10:00am-12:30pm, 12:30-3:00pm

Ballroom Lunch Monitors (12) – Monitoring inside the ballroom as students eat lunch. Please specify the time slot you prefer: 7:30-10am, 10:00am-12:30pm, 12:30-3:00pm

Lunch Entertainment Monitors – Assist entertainment groups as needed. Please specify the time slot you prefer: 7:30-10am, 10:00am-12:30pm, 12:30-3:00pm

Registration (30) – Large groups/corporations are encouraged to sign up for this slot. Please specify the time slot you prefer: 7:30-10am, 10:00am-12:30pm.

Videographer (5) – Assist with videography group. Please specify the time slot you prefer: 7:30-10am, 10:00am-12:30pm, 12:30-3:00pm

Information Booth (2) – To assist with general questions

Lead Volunteer Team (15) – Arrive at 6:30 am in room 380. You will help lead and coordinate the execution of Career & Education Day.

Univision Parent Academy Team (10) – Assist with the coordination of the Univision Parent Academy throughout the day.

Jennifer Team (10) – Check with Jennifer on specific time and task

Robert/Rodney Team – Check with R & R on specific time and task

Take Down Signs (4) – After 3:00 pm help take down signs in the career panel area and around the building

Tech Help (4) – Help students download the App. Include the time slots you can work.
