Booth Fee $850.00/ booth
Additional services will be requested for you: however, you must make payment arrangements directly with the convention center’s subcontractors prior to set-up on Friday, February 8, 2013 (3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.) or Saturday, February 9, 2013 (7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.) Subcontractors 1) Electrical/ Phone/ Internet: Smart City Networks 713-853-8900: 2) Audio/Video: Freeman Audio/ Video Solutions, Inc. 713-853-8908; 3) Decorator: Freeman 713-434-4613.
Each booth is 10′ X 10′ and includes an 8′ backdrop, 3′ side drapes, draped table and 2 chairs. You may bring your own A/V equipment, but please advise if you need electricity.
